Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
• Drive month-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency
• Strategic Impact
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments
• Multi-Entity Coordination
• Manage inter company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations
• Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities
• Drive group-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
• Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization
• Team Development
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

• Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities Requirements
• Essential Qualifications
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or higher
• 8-10 years of progressive finance experience with 4-5 years at senior management level
• Proven track record managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations
• Expert knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Technical Excellence
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with consolidation software (One. Stream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)
• Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
