Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
- Drive month-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Strategic Impact
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments
- Multi-Entity Coordination
- Manage inter company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations
- Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities
- Drive group-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization
- Team Development
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities Requirements
- Essential Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or higher
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience with 4-5 years at senior management level
- Proven track record managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations
- Expert knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Technical Excellence
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with consolidation software (One. Stream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)
- Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
