Medi. Card now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 Medi. Card free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement. Medi. Card is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Supports the clinic expansion process by executing and coordinating site research, feasibility analysis, and healthcare regulatory requirements under the guidance of the Expansion Operations Manager.
Assists in preparing location analyses, regulatory submissions, trackers, and documentation to ensure clinics are buildable, licensable, and audit‑ready prior to launch. The role focuses on analysis, documentation, coordination, and follow‑through, with clear escalation of risks, gaps, and delays. Job Purpose. Support timely, compliant clinic expansion by coordinating site selection analysis, regulatory submissions, and pre‑launch compliance activities, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately, on time, and escalated appropriately for manager decision‑making.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesA. Site Research & Market Analysis. Assist in preparing location scorecards using:Claims and utilization data Member density and employer clusters Competitor presence and referral patterns Gather and organize footfall, traffic, access, and basic catchment data. Support identification and tracking of priority micro‑markets.
Conduct site visits as required and document findings for review. B. Feasibility & Commercial Support. Support preparation of initial feasibility inputs, including:Indicative volume assumptions High‑level revenue and cost inputs Alignment against standard benchmarks Organize supporting documents for lease review and site recommendation packs.
Maintain records of leases, comparables, and market data provided by the team. C. Regulatory Submissions & Approvals (Execution). Assist in preparing and filing regulatory requirements, including:PTC, LTO, accreditations, and permits Phil. Health documentation Compile submission packs, requirements checklists, and evidence folders.
Track submission status, inspections, and queries; follow up with agencies as directed. Maintain regulatory trackers and document logs with accurate status updates. D. Compliance & Pre‑Launch Readiness Support. Support pre‑launch compliance checks based on DOH, Phil. Health, and LGU requirements. Document findings, gaps, and action items; track completion with assigned owners.
Ensure all required approvals and documents are complete prior to launch. Flag potential compliance risks or delays early for manager action. E. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Facilities, Finance, Clinical, Procurement) for inputs, documents, and timelines. Assist in coordinating with external parties such as DOH offices, CHDs, LGUs, and landlords as instructed.
Prepare summaries, trackers, and updates for manager review and escalation. F. Tools, Documentation & Process Support. Maintain standardized:Site assessment templates Feasibility input files Regulatory trackers and checklists Support updates to SOPs and templates based on regulatory or process changes. Ensure documents are version‑controlled, complete, and audit‑ready.

Education
& Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Real Estate, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in any of the following:Healthcare regulatory support Site selection or real estate support Operations, project coordination, or compliance roles Exposure to DOH, Phil. Health, or healthcare facility licensing processes is an advantage Knowledge, Skills & Attributes.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to manage trackers, deadlines, and multiple parallel tasks Basic analytical skills; comfortable working with data inputs and templates Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a supporting, execution‑focused role Willingness to learn regulatory and expansion processes You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
