Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission Minimum 2 years of litigation experience Personal injury litigation experience preferred Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations Strong legal writing and advocacy skills Ability to manage an active caseload Excellent organizational and case management skills Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities Stable employment history preferred Responsibilities Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and case analysis Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances Manage client communications and case development Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
