Technician productivity bonus depending on weekly flagged hours Plus, a Team Leader bonus opportunity to earn a % bonus on total shop hours 40-hour guarantee State-of-the art facility - 52 underground lifts, 4 programming bays, 2 high voltage bays A dedicated detail department Weekly shop night to encourage a positive team culture What You'll Do Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and prompt manner Develop a production plan each month Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed What You'll Bring 5+ years of automotive repair experience in a dealership or private setting Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications Demonstrated ability in leading a team and teaching others the how/why of performing their job Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour.

This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
