You’ll spend your time building relationships, developing new partnerships, and representing Steady Eddie throughout the market. This role is ideal for a true road warrior who enjoys face-to-face interaction and is energized by creating opportunities. Building strong relationships Growing the Minnesota market Prospecting through networking and outreach Supporting clients and partners Managing communication and follow-up Bringing energy and professionalism daily What You Bring Sales, marketing, business development, or relationship-building experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently Comfortable with frequent travel and daily face-to-face networking A positive attitude and “whatever it takes” mentality Ability to stay enthusiastic and driven through persistence and consistency Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Candidates with backgrounds in sales, marketing, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, rental car industries, or internships are encouraged to apply.
