The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on industry specific applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead architectural discussions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and robust architecture solutions using Salesforce Industry Cloud Vlocity Omni. Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Mentor and train junior architects and developers on Salesforce technologies and industry best practices. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and assess their impact on existing solutions. Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing insights on technical feasibility and risks.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure high quality deliverables and timely project completion. Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.

Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud Vlocity Omni. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions in Salesforce. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other Salesforce products and services, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools related to Salesforce. Certifications in Salesforce Architecture or related fields.
