Manager, Business Development

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Director, Business Development with 1) the divestiture of projects under development (pre-construction opportunities), and 2) the origination and execution of offtake and other commercial agreements. The candidate will assume meaningful responsibility across the transaction lifecycle, including preparation, buyer outreach, diligence, negotiation and closing.

Over time, the candidate may also support the Director, Project Finance in securing and administering commercial bank debt and project bonds.
