Posting Title: Quality Manager / Assistant Quality Manager / Deputy Quality Manager Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹45K–55K Work Experience: 5+ years Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or audit management within a healthcare setting.

Proven expertise in NABH and JCI accreditation standards with hands-on experience in preparing for and achieving accreditation. Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Lean Management with demonstrated project leadership. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems relevant to healthcare.

Exceptional organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, conducting training sessions, and driving cultural change.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines. Willingness to travel occasionally for audits, training, or accreditation visits.
