Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician Experience: 2–4 years verifiable HVAC technician experience Pay: $30–$36/hr (depending on experience) Minimum requirements You should have: 30+ residential installs led as the primary installer 1,000+ residential service calls conducted Install experience can be partially offset if you have 1,500+ solo service calls Ability to troubleshoot the majority of service calls without senior help Demonstrated ability to sell ethically , not just “run calls” We use an ethical, standardized commission plan to ensure customers only buy what they truly need Who this is for Apply as a Tech 3 if: You can walk into most residential calls, diagnose, present options, and complete the work without calling a senior tech in most cases You’re ready to earn more through ethical upsells and memberships , not games or pressure
