Tech 4 – Senior Technician / Field Leader Experience: 4–8 years verifiable HVAC technician experience Pay: $34–$40/hr (depending on experience) Minimum requirements You should have: 60+ residential installs led as the primary installer 2,000+ residential service calls conducted Some commercial service and install experience Commercial experience can be partially offset by strong residential experience (determined in interview) Proven experience training and developing less‑experienced techs Demonstrated history of profitability for prior companies through ethical selling and strong ticket averages We adhere to an ethical, standardized commission model Who this is for Apply as a Tech 4 if: You can troubleshoot almost all residential service calls without help, except rare one‑off situations You want to train and lead junior technicians and help them advance You’re comfortable being a field “anchor” and example of our Gold Collar standard
