Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift | Full-Time
- Multiple Openings -GTA $21/hr - $25/hr + Overtime + Benefits Join a Modern Manufacturing Operation Built for Growth We are hiring a Production Extruder Technician to join a high-performing manufacturing team operating advanced extrusion equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is not a basic machine operator role. We are looking for someone who understands extrusion processes, troubleshooting, machine setup, quality control, and production optimization . You will play a key role in maintaining output, reducing downtime, and ensuring product quality standards are consistently met. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, thrive in manufacturing, and enjoy solving real production challenges, this is a strong long-term opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and set up extrusion machines based on production schedules Operate and monitor extrusion equipment during production runs Adjust process parameters including temperature, speed, and pressure Troubleshoot production issues, defects, and machine inconsistencies Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with repairs Conduct product quality inspections and dimensional checks Monitor production dashboards and respond to operational issues Support line startups and changeovers within assigned production areas Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to maximize uptime Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and PPE requirements What We’re Looking For Required 2+ years of experience in extrusion manufacturing or industrial production Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience operating or supporting extrusion equipment Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working afternoon shift and overtime when required Strong Assets Plastics extrusion experience Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Experience with manufacturing KPIs, production targets, and quality systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Overtime opportunities Full benefits package Stable, long-term manufacturing opportunity Growth potential within operations and production Schedule Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift Available Full-Time Overtime available based on production needs Who This Role Fits Best Production technicians who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work Operators who can troubleshoot instead of waiting for maintenance Individuals who take ownership of quality and uptime People looking for stability and long-term growth in manufacturing Apply Now Qualified candidates will be contacted for a confidential discussion regarding the opportunity.
