US Staff Accountant (Remote – Philippines)

The Role You'll join our team full-time and remote from the Philippines, working directly with US client , and its staff. Expect a mix of tax preparation, accounting engagements, and real client problem-solving. Remote doesn't mean alone. We hold regular virtual meetings for training, collaboration, and staying connected, so you're part of the team from day one.

What You'll Do

Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120 Review and analyze balance sheets, general ledgers, trial balances, and P&Ls Prepare adjusting journal entries and financial statements Support bookkeeping and accounting projects in QuickBooks Research tax and accounting questions and recommend practical solutions Use Excel, cloud tools, and AI to boost accuracy and efficiency Work independently within firm procedures Share ideas that improve client service and our internal processes What You Bring Prior public accounting experience, including hands-on tax return preparation Working knowledge of QuickBooks and strong Excel skills Sound analytical judgment and attention to detail Comfort with technology and eagerness to adopt new tools Clear written and verbal English communication Integrity and a firm commitment to client confidentiality What's in It for You Stability: a full-time, permanent remote position Fair pay: competitive compensation based on your experience Mentorship: direct guidance from seasoned CPAs and EAs Variety: exposure to diverse industries and tax situations, not repetitive work Growth: more responsibility, higher pay, and leadership opportunities as you develop Culture: a supportive team where your ideas are heard Position Details Schedule: 40 hours/week, U.
