Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Technician with 0–2 years of hands-on experience to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment including motors, switch gear, transformers, VFDs, MCC panels, and control systems. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring the reliability and safety of critical electrical infrastructure.
You will support the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, conduct routine inspections and testing, and maintain comprehensive records to support continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Perform diagnosis and repair of electrical equipment including motors, switch gear, transformers, VFDs, MCC panels, and control systems. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to reduce operational downtime. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Support the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, equipment histories, and servicing documentation. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring electrical issues.
