Position/Title: Solution Designer (Telecom BSS/OSS) Employment: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Luxembourg city, Luxembourg Salary Framework: 100K - 130k EUR/annum Contact: Bojan: +49 89 23 88 98 671 Experienced Telecom Solution designer responsible for translating business requirements into BSS solution designs across CRM, BSS, OSS, ZSMART, Digital Channels, and Enterprise Systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and perform impact assessments. Convert requirements into scalable solution and high-level designs. Design end-to-end telecom customer journeys including Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Activate, and Trouble-to-Resolve. Define integrations between CRM, BSS, OSS, ZSMART, and third-party applications.

Collaborate with business, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and telecom best practices. Perform estimate for design and delivery in collaboration with product team Requirements/Qualifications Telecom Domain Telecom BSS / OSS CRM & Customer Management Product Catalog Order Management & Fulfilment Billing & Charging Service Provisioning Customer Care Inventory & Service Assurance ZSMART Customer Management Product Catalog Order Management Billing Workflow & Service Fulfilment CRM Customer Lifecycle Management Lead & Opportunity Management Customer 360 Case & Complaint Management Sales & Service Processes Experience 10+ years in Telecom IT.

5+ years as a Solution Designer . Strong experience in CRM, BSS, Telecom Transformation, and E2E Customer Journeys. Experience with ZSMART or similar Telecom BSS platforms.

Preferred Skills

A Telecom Solution Architect with strong knowledge of CRM, ZSMART, BSS, customer journeys, integration architecture, and the ability to transform business requirements into component HLD and telecom solutions
