Summary Manage the operations and maintenance of the City's water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as wastewater lift stations to ensure compliance with City's NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permit and with all applicable NCDOL (OSHA) rules and regulations.
