Job Description – Business Finance (CA Fresher) Position: Business Finance Analyst Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher Experience: 0–1 Year Role Summary We are looking for a motivated CA Fresher to join our Business Finance team. The role involves partnering with business teams to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis while delivering insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability. Support business case evaluations and financial planning. Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
Skills Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of financial statements and business finance. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Power BI or ERP systems is an added advantage. Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountants with a passion for business finance and analytics are encouraged to apply.
