Reporting to the Wine Sommelier / Restaurant Manager, Senior bartender is expected to lead bar operations at a fine dining Chinese restaurant by managing daily tasks, training staff, ensuring beverage quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert mixology and service. As the Senior Bartender/ Bartender, we rely on you to: Lead daily bar operations including opening, closing, and maintaining service standards during shifts Train and guide team members to ensure consistent beverage preparation and service quality Develop, implement, and improve bar SOPs and service standards continuously Prepare operational reports and escalate inventory variances, wastage, and operational issues to management Apply advanced mixology skills to create and recommend cocktails that meet high standards of taste and presentation Consistently maintain high standards in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste Provide exceptional service by preparing and serving drinks that enhance customer satisfaction Engage guests to understand preferences and offer tailored beverage recommendations Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the beverage menu and products to support excellent service Handle transactions accurately and maintain an inviting bar environment to improve guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area in compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety standards Any other duties as assigned We are looking for someone who has: 2-3 years of relevant experience Independent and creative in terms of creating and improving the range of bar drinks Extensive knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays We offer: 5-day work week Competitive salary package Bonus Annual cash flexible benefits Annual leave starting from 14 days Meal benefits Birthday vouchers to celebrate your special day Company welfare initiatives and team events If you think you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you – apply today!
