About Flo. Qast Flo. Qast is the leading Accounting Transformation Platform created by accountants for accountants. We help accounting teams automate and streamline financial close, compliance, and accounting operations, enabling organizations to work more efficiently and accurately. As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Flo.
Qast's cloud-based applications and services. You will partner closely with Engineering, SRE, Product, and Quality Engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks, establish performance benchmarks, and drive performance improvements across our platform.
