Senior Payroll Analyst

Flo. Qast is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to own payroll for our US and Canada employees. You'll be the in-house expert on our HRIS, UKG Pro (Ulti. Pro), run our bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, and help us clean up and improve how payroll works in UKG so there's less manual effort and fewer workarounds. You'll also coordinate with the third-party providers who handle payroll for our international teams, and work closely with HR, Benefits, and Accounting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of processes, maintaining clear documentation, and driving improvements to create more efficient and scalable workflows. *Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.
