Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. Diagnose and repair irrigation systems and related equipment. Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance and minimize equipment downtime. Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in collaboration with the team. Accurately document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment modifications. Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role. Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols. Must read, write and speak English proficiently. Rate : $24 and up Location: Central Florida various Locations
