Responsibilities

Deliver in-home occupational therapy per physician orders. Develop treatment plans to improve daily living skills. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility. Document visits in Synergy EMR. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

(COTA) Support OT in patient care plans. Document progress accurately. Strong documentation skills. Document visits in Synergy EMR.

Requirements

Florida OT license. 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred). Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Florida COTA license.
