Operations Manager

Oversee daily operations for a custom kitchen countertop and cabinet company located in Wayne, NJ. Develop and implement operational policies, ensure quality compliance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Supervise staff activities, prepare work schedules, assign specific duties, and foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Identify operational challenges, propose solutions to improve performance, and enhance financial outcomes by developing budgets, setting goals, and creating effective sales strategies.

Requirements
