Job description
Ensures all participants are skateboarding in a safe manner and following the rules set forth by the Department of Parks and Recreation. Consistently watches for any unsafe conditions at the Park. Rope off any equipment deemed unsafe and report it to the Skate Park Director. Pick up any trash or debris that you see during your shift.
Teaches all lessons as assigned in a consistent manner as developed by the Department of Parks and Recreation. Always wears helmet and pads when teaching, guarding, or skating in the Skate Park. Attends to all injuries and follow procedures as developed by the Department of Parks and Recreation. Attends staff meetings and scheduled trainings.
