Job description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) actively engages the adult in the day-to-day activities which afford them the opportunities to learn, build, and master the skills needed to become as independent as possible. The DSP supports and engages those in the home of our life sharing provider. The DSP also provides support for the adult and family in the home and community.
