Continuous Improvement Lead (Operational Excellence lead)

The Operational Excellence lead guides continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects across the organization. In partnership with the Continuous Improvement Manager and business leaders, this role identifies process inefficiencies, develops and implements sustainable solutions, and drives measurable business results.

The CI Specialist works cross-functionally to enhance processes, support system integrations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and process optimization methodologies. This is an onsite role in our Cincinnati location.
