Job Title: D365 Technical Consultant – Sales & Customer Modules Location: Hyderabad / Vizag

• Hybrid 2-3 days WFO Employment Type: Contract UK Shift: 2-11 PM IST Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules over the past 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing technical solutions to support business needs while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize D365 Sales and Customer Service modules. Develop technical solutions including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Support data migration, system upgrades, and environment management.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance. Document technical designs, solutions, and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Consultant working primarily on Sales and Customer Service modules. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services. Experience with custom workflows, plugins, and API integrations. Strong understanding of Dataverse/CDS and D365 customization framework.

Knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, and data migration tools. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Sales/Customer Service or Power Platform. Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment automation. Knowledge of other D365 modules or ERP systems.
