Job Title: Warranty Specialist (Automotive) Employment: Full time Start Date: As soon as possible Country: Milan, Italy (on-site) Salary range: 50,000-65,000 EUR gross/annum Contact: Bianca Papa | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 673 Key Responsibilities: Handle daily warranty/claims; Participate in the formulation of warranty/claim standards; Responsible for input of warranty system requirements and ensuring that the warranty system is online; Responsible for service station warranty audit; Fill in monthly warranty analysis report; Follow up the refund of claims.
Experience/Qualifications: Fluent in English and Italian required; Major: Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Majors. 3-6 years experience in the same position at an OEM or distributor for mainstream vehicle brands in the European market.
