Direct Support Coordinator Tulare/Kings County - Full Time

Pay Range

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour

The Direct Support Coordinator servicing Tulare and Kings County acts as a key member of the I/DD Direct Support Team by providing direct support services and training to clients of Adjoin as well as assisting the case responsible person in overseeing the various aspects of client services. The purpose of this role is to promote the dignity, safety, independence, choices, rights and responsibilities of Adjoin clients through the execution of the DSC job responsibilities. The DSC also exemplifies Adjoin’s vision and meets standards of quality, safety, satisfaction and goals of the client to optimize quality of life and independence.
