Salon Manager

We are seeking an experienced and polished Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium beauty salon and ensure clients receive an exceptional, high-quality experience. The ideal candidate should be confident managing a beauty/wellness environment, leading a team, handling clients professionally, and driving the overall performance of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth service delivery. * Lead, supervise and coordinate salon staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service. * Manage client relationships and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience. * Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitor appointments, staff schedules and salon workflow. * Drive sales, repeat visits and customer retention through excellent service and effective upselling. * Monitor inventory, supplies and salon equipment. * Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene. * Track daily sales and operational performance and provide regular reports.

• Support promotions, events and initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and client acquisition. * Train and coach staff where necessary to maintain the salon’s service standards.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience managing a salon, spa, beauty studio, or other similar customer-facing business. * Proven experience managing a team and overseeing daily operations. * Strong customer service and relationship management skills. * Good understanding of sales, client retention and revenue generation.

• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills. * Must be polished, well-presented and confident when interacting with high-value clients. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain premium service standards. * Must be comfortable working weekends and according to the salon’s operational schedule.
