Ready to lead one of Brisbane’s favourite Irish pubs? Finn Mc. Cool’s Brisbane is on the hunt for an experienced Venue Manager to lead this iconic late-night venue in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Known for its live music, sport, buzzing atmosphere, great food and perfectly poured Guinness, Finn’s is a true Brisbane institution with plenty of personality.

• Salary package $90,000 - $100,000 + Super
• Quarterly KPI bonus opportunities up to $44,000 P/A

• Previous Venue Management experience in high-volume hospitality venues
• Strong operational background across food & beverage
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of rostering, stock control, reporting & P&L management
• Ability to drive service standards, team culture and business performance
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence during peak trade
• Ability to execute promotions and build guest engagement
• Current RMLV & Approved Managers Licence required
