Required Skills

10+ years of experience with Mule. Soft Anypoint Platform Federal, state, or local government project experience Mandatory Strong experience developing Mule. Soft APIs and integrations Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API-led Connectivity Strong Data. Weave 2.x development and data transformation experience Strong experience with MUnit test suites and automated testing Experience with Mule.

Soft API Manager and API Gateway API lifecycle management Error handling, logging, monitoring, and resiliency patterns Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS DevOps , or similar CI/CD tools Strong understanding of integration patterns, messaging, security, and performance optimization Production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis Experience creating reusable integration assets and shared frameworks Experience with code reviews and technical documentation Preferred Skills Mule.

Soft Certified Developer (MCD) – Level 1 Mule. Soft Platform Architect / Integration Architect certification Cloud. Hub 2.0 Runtime Fabric / Hybrid deployments OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/mTLS, and API security Federal, state, or local government project experience Agile / Scrum experience Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred Mule.

Soft certification strongly preferred
