Great clients, plenty of community engagement, from sports sponsors, charity involvement and local community partnerships Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join this growing team. The successful candidate will support a diverse client portfolio by delivering high-quality accounting and tax services.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of financial statements for a variety of clients. Assist in preparing tax computations and returns. Support and occasionally lead audit assignments. Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and compliant accounts. Offer insights and support on financial matters as part of a collaborative team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice. Part-qualified or actively studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA. Strong understanding of UK tax regulations and accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
