AI Agent Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI agents within the Zoho ecosystem to automate business processes end-to-end. Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities across departments. Collaborate with team members to observe daily operations, document repetitive tasks, and translate them into structured automation logic.

Develop and maintain YAML-based configuration files that define process flows, rules, and data mappings. Test, refine, and scale AI automations to ensure reliability, accuracy, and measurable business value. Stay current on Zoho’s AI roadmap and new platform capabilities to continuously enhance internal automation strategies.

Collaborate with leadership to define automation priorities and performance metrics. Potentially mentor or expand the automation team as adoption scales.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI agent development, process automation, or intelligent workflow design. Proficiency in YAML, JSON, or other structured data languages for configuration-based automation. Strong understanding of business process mapping, data flows, and systems integration. Expertise with Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.)

or similar SaaS ecosystems is an advantage. Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, logical automation logic. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Zoho’s AI platform or automation within the Zoho ecosystem. Exposure to low-code/no-code development or workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate). Background in software development, machine learning, or business systems engineering. Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.

Open to hiring candidates based outside the Philippines and open to relocation.
