Job description
MAIN FUNCTION: Under direction of the Medical Student Program Director (MSPD), the Medical Student Coordinator performs administrative tasks necessary for the effective operation of medical students on the Griffin Hospital campus. The Medical Student Coordinator is the primary point of contact with many internal and external organizations and individuals, community leaders, etc. The Med Student Coordinator may represent the MSPD at meetings, events, and special functions. Other duties include providing clerical support to other departments as assigned by the division vice president.
EDUCATION
High School diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years’ experience working with medical students or in medical education required.
