Job description
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for identifying and soliciting qualified target accounts and nurturing existing accounts to close all qualified business to achieve sales goals (RNs, ADR, revenue and F&B). The Director of Sales will execute all sales related activities from outside calls, sales trips/trade shows, sites, entertainment, Fam trips, etc.
Building strong, trusting, long-lasting client, GSO and peer relationships is a must. The Market Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring financial success and overall revenue generation of the hotel.
