Job description

Role: Senior Payroll Administrator As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will ensure the efficient and accurate processing of payroll for the Group of companies. This role offers the opportunity to implement new payroll systems and procedures within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for Group companies and handle any related queries.
  • Ensure accurate processing of month-end, payroll journals, and year-end processes.
  • Manage payroll starters and leavers.
  • Implement internal controls to drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct project work, data analysis, and business partnering.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and highly professional with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills using Excel and other Microsoft packages.
  • Proven ability and experience in processing end-to-end payroll.
  • Good commercial acumen and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders.
