Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to join their business in the United Kingdom. Position Title Procurement Specialist Position Type Fixed term contract Start Date ASAP Duration 12 months with possible extension Location London, UK Contact: Minghui Han | +49 1721401062 Responsibilities: Your main responsible will be media, advertising purchases You will be also responsible for developing, coordinating and managing the key suppliers in marketing, retail, service and logistics You will report the relevant supplier KPIs and drive performance, identify and mitigate risk, anticipate challenges, drive best practices and enable continuous improvement You will take ownership of issues, resolve them in line with business needs.

You will be in charge of recommending and implementing process improvements to improve supplier relationships and expand the supplier list. You will be communicating with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects and expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, supply chain management or a related field. 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally with marketing service procurement experience Previous working experience in supplier management, sourcing, contract management Previous work experience with marketing agencies as media buyer is preferred Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering company procurement strategies Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
