Structural Steel Shop Lead Location: Cocoa Beach, FL Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Starting Pay: From $30.00 per hour Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Shop Lead to oversee daily fabrication activities in a structural steel manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating shop operations, supporting production schedules, and providing guidance to welders and fitters while promoting quality, safety, and efficiency.
