Since we source our coffees directly and roast on both coasts of the United States, we are in a unique position to bring an unparalleled coffee experience to our community.

All baristas start on Point of Sale & Food Prep and progress through training based on performance to become a certified Vigilante Coffee Barista. must have prior food service or coffee experience to be considered Starting pay on average our baristas make $21-$25/hr (which includes tips) Benefits
