Responsibilities
Lead overall store operations and drive team performance. Manage store performance, including sales targets and KPIs. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team. Ensure effective staffing, training, and employee engagement. Maintain strong financial controls and oversee budgets and expenses. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
Grade 12. 5+ years experience in Retail Management. Proficient in MS Office. Experience with Sage will be advantageous. Experience in a High-End Retail environment is preferred.
