The Director of the Nurse-Managed Wellness Clinic (NMWC) provides strategic leadership for clinical operations, academic integration, and interprofessional education (IPE) within the Nursing and Allied Health programs at Allegany College of Maryland. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care while leading college-wide efforts to maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

The Director fosters collaborative, team-based learning environments and aligns clinic operations with institutional, regulatory, and community priorities .This job description is an addendum to the  Faculty Job Description.
