Accountant - Budgeting, Assets, & Grants (Hybrid)

The Accountant

• Budgeting, Assets, & Grants position is responsible for general ledger account analysis, journal entries, annual analysis reports, various internal statements, and other various accounting tasks.  Assists the Budget Coordinator with preparation of College Operating Budget, fund balance administration, and budget adjustments.   The position is also secondarily responsible for budgeting, monitoring, and reporting for grants, and for maintaining the accuracy of the college’s asset inventory including conducting physical audits and helping to enforce loss prevention protocols.
