岗位职责 / Duties:
Role Summary
As the Merchant Management for Brazil, you will be the commercial owner of Keeta's strategic partner ecosystem. You will architect and manage high-impact partnerships that drive market expansion and revenue growth. In this entrepreneurial role, you will serve as the primary business interface between Keeta and our key partners, building mutually beneficial relationships that create sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic business partners that align with Keeta's growth objectives.
Design and structure partnership frameworks that maximize value creation for all stakeholders.
- Portfolio Performance Ownership
Own the commercial outcomes and market development targets for your partner portfolio.
Conduct strategic business reviews to track performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and partner capabilities to inform strategic decisions.
Develop data-driven recommendations for market penetration and partnership optimization.
- Relationship Management & Business Enablement
Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance and operational support to help partners achieve their business objectives.
任职要求 / Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of B2B partnership management, business development, or strategic account management experience.
Proven negotiation skills with experience managing complex commercial relationships.
Fluent English (written and verbal) for cross-border collaboration.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial metrics and drive profitability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in channel management or building partner ecosystems from ground up.
Background in on-demand delivery, e-commerce, or logistics where partnership networks are critical for scaling.
MBA or advanced degree with a focus on international business or emerging markets.
