Zoho Product Expert (Implementation & Solutions)

Zoho Product Expert (Implementation & Solutions) We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Product Expert who can drive end-to end implementation of Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand requirements, configure systems, manage data transfers, and ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

 Understand client business requirements and map them to suitable Zoho solutions  Execute end-to-end Zoho implementation projects (Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.)  Perform data migration and data transfer with high accuracy  Configure modules, workflows, automation, and system settings  Handle integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems  Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation  Manage project handover and ensure smooth transition to support teams  Deliver client training sessions and ensure successful adoption of solutions  Maintain proper documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes  Coordinate with developers for custom functions, Deluge scripting, and API integrations Requirements  2–4 years of experience working with Zoho products / Zoho ecosystem  Strong hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and data migration  Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation  Experience with integrations, APIs, or Deluge scripting  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Excellent communication and client-handling abilities  Zoho certifications (preferred)  Experience in SaaS / IT services / consulting environment  Exposure to multiple industries and business use cases Benefits  Opportunity to work on advanced Zoho implementations  Exposure to diverse business domains  Growth-oriented and dynamic work environment  Competitive compensation
