Vehicle Maintenance Manager

The Vehicle Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the resort’s mountain equipment fleet, including snowcats, snowmobiles, trucks, side-by-sides, and other heavy equipment. This leadership role directs daily shop operations, supervises a team of mechanics, manages departmental budgets, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong mechanical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and team development.
