Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine leads the culinary vision and daily operations of the restaurant kitchen. This position is responsible for mentoring the kitchen team, crafting inspired menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. The Chef de Cuisine works closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver creative, seasonal cuisine that exceeds guest expectations.
