Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs reviews and documentation of Bank’s commercial and small business loans to ensure compliance with established policies and standards. Reviews small- to mid- size loans of standard complexity. Analyzes and advises Lenders on modification to loan structure as needed to mitigate Bank risk/loss working with Senior documenters for guidance as needed.
Prepares commercial loan documentation in accordance with legal enforceability requirements, TCB credit policy and procedures and regulatory statutes.
