Governance and Compliance Manager, PMO

This is a new seat in the Governance pillar of a brand new PMO. The Governance and Compliance Manager will own the standards, playbooks, and compliance scaffolding that turn AFL's strong operational instinct into a repeatable, auditable program management discipline. You will join early enough to shape what gets written, what gets adopted, and what gets retired. This role blends process design with change management. The right person is as comfortable walking a playbook through adoption with a seasoned operational team as they are drafting it.
