About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences by: Taking ownership of your section and maintaining high food standards Preparing and presenting quality dishes during busy service periods Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menus Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture Assisting with stock control, food preparation and minimising waste Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

About You

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to progress Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens Passion for quality food and delivering consistent results Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy service environment Why Join New Zealand Venue Co.?
