They are now seeking to add an experienced Office Manager to effectively manage the office administration team and their network of field agents. The Position… In the position of Office Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Manage office supplies inventory and order materials as needed Coordinate urgent requests and ensure timely responses Handle invoicing and basic financial tracking Monitor company emails and other correspondence Prepare affidavits and assist with document preparation Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as appropriate Maintain and organise office records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support the onboarding and training of new employees The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 10 years of experience in administration-based roles Proven experience in a similar Office Management or Operations role Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems Strong time management and prioritisation skills A collaborative team player who also works effectively with minimal supervision The Benefits… This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, offering long-term job stability and an attractive salary, plus superannuation.
